  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear






5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


  • Cash Route is not responsible for:
    • Lost packages
    • Stolen packages
    • Delays caused by shipping carriers



Once your order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.





6. Incorrect Address



  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund
